Leonori is one of the leading car dealerships in Rome, with 7 locations in the area. The company offers a complete service ranging from the sale of new, used and km 0 cars , to
rental and leasing services, always putting the customer at the center of the buying experience.
Leonori chose Aeonvis to evolve its Salesforce ecosystem toward artificial intelligence solutions applied to business. What began as an AI project has turned into a long-term strategic partnership: dto the integration with Klaviyo for Marketing Automation, through to revising internal processes to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of digital platforms.

THE CHALLENGE

Open a new channel of qualified lead generation through
conversational AI

Leonori had identified a concrete opportunity: to increase the collection and qualification of leads from the used car site by introducing a contact channel that would break down the barriers between curiosity and conversion.

The challenge was to make contact immediate and natural, allowing users to interact directly from the site via WhatsApp with a digital agent, without having to wait for a human operator to be available.

Objectives:

  • Breaking down friction: Making first contact immediate and accessible, leveraging the familiarity of WhatsApp
  • Provide factual information: respond with real, up-to-date data on the available car fleet
  • Qualify before engaging the sales team: Collect useful information about the customer and the car of interest before handing over to the sales team

TheAI agent had to be able to query Leonori’s fleet database in real time, respond to specific user requests, and collect the data needed to generate leads that are already profiled and ready to be worked on by salespeople.

Aeonvis designed and implemented a agent Conversational AI integrated into the Leonori site and accessible via WhatsApp, capable of natural language dialog, providing up-to-date fleet information and automatically registering qualified leads in Salesforce.

What we did:

Development of the conversational agent

  • Designing the AI agent capable of interpreting user requests in natural language
  • Integration with the used car fleet database to provide updated information in real time
  • Configuring the conversational flow to collect contact data and qualify the lead

Strategic consulting: educating AI for a car dealer

  • Identifying relevant information for an automotive dealer (category, make, model, price range, registration year)
  • Construction of instructions (prompt engineering) to ensure relevant and contextual responses
  • Support Leonori in defining the tone of voice and information to be provided to the agent

Native integration with Salesforce

When the user leaves their details during the conversation, the system automatically registers the contact as a lead in Salesforce e stores the conversation with the user.

No lost data, no manual reprocessing, no interruption in the customer experience.

How it works:

During the conversation through WhatsApp, the user can:

  • Ask about available cars
  • Receive updated details about the vehicle of interest
  • Leave your contact information to be contacted back

When the user provides their data, the system automatically registers the lead in Salesforce. The salesperson who will take over the entered lead can view the car of interest, the contact data, and the entire conversation with the AI agent.

The lead arrives already warm, qualified, and contextualized.

When an AI agent-generated lead arrives in Salesforce, the salesperson taking the lead has all the context needed to get off to a head start:

  • The customer’s car of interest
  • Full contact details
  • The entire conversation with the AI agent

The salesperson already knows what the customer wants and can focus directly on the relationship and closing, without wasting time in initial discovery.

WhatsApp lowers the barrier to entry compared to traditional channels: no forms to fill out, no hours to meet, and joins phone, e-mail, and web as a new acquisition touchpoint.
