Aeonvis achieves ISO/IEC 27001 certification!
With the aim of consolidating a corporate culture increasingly focused on data protection and IT governance, Aeonvis has obtained ISO/IEC 27001 certification, an international standard for information security management.

An achievement that reinforces the company’s commitment to quality, operational resilience and customer trust, in line with a path already started with ISO 9001 certification.
We talk about this with Antonio Esposito, ICT Lead at Aeonvis, who led the certification project with passion and determination, coordinating the team in all phases of the process, from risk analysis to the definition of controls and the final audit.
1. Antonio, why is ISO/IEC 27001 certification such an important milestone for Aeonvis?
Achieving ISO 27001 certification means having demonstrated, with rigor and transparency, that we have a structured system for managing information security. In an environment where data is increasingly strategic and vulnerable, this achievement certifies our reliability to customers, partners and stakeholders.
It is also confirmation that security is not just an IT issue, but a cross-cutting business value, integrated into processes, internal culture and governance. After ISO 9001, this recognition further consolidates our growth and market positioning.
2. What were the most challenging aspects on the path to certification?
One of the main challenges of this journey has been to map and bring under control all the critical information managed in our projects, while maintaining the operational agility that sets us apart.
We had to strengthen policies, define stringent controls, and above all create awareness: security is not only technology, but also culture and daily behavior. Coordinating all these activities, involving different teams, was a complex but extremely formative challenge.
3. What, concretely, does this result in for customers?
For our clients, it means having the confidence that every project, from implementing an SAP ERP to supply chain management with Kinaxis, from Salesforce CRM to IT governance, is supported by processes that ensure maximum data protection.
ISO 27001 is a recognized international standard, and working with a certified partner reduces operational risk, improves compliance and increases mutual trust. In short, it is a competitive advantage for us and an added value for those who choose us.
4. Security is a constantly moving target. What changes from now on?
Certification is not an end point, but a starting point. Now that we have a certified system, our goal is to keep it alive and constantly improve it.
We will continue to invest in team training, strengthen internal controls, and proactively monitor risks. The real challenge is to make security a natural and widespread behavior throughout the enterprise, even as threats evolve rapidly. It is an ongoing effort that requires vision and accountability.
5. This achievement is the result of collective work. What does it tell, in your opinion, about the way Aeonvis approaches challenges?
I believe this certification tells more than a technical achievement-it speaks of the way we work as a team and as an organization. At Aeonvis we share values such as collaboration, attention to detail, accountability and continuous growth.
We approached the ISO 27001 path not as an obligation, but as an opportunity to improve ourselves, to strengthen internal and external trust, and to consolidate a culture of safety that will also accompany us in future projects.
The success of this project shows that when we put common values and a clear goal at the center, we can meet even the most complex challenges with competence and determination.
