Sustainability reporting changes: are you ready?

The CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), transposed in Italy with the Legislative Decree. 125/2024, extends the reporting requirement to an increasing number of companies, including unlisted companies that exceed specific size thresholds.
This is complemented by the Omnibus Package, unveiled by the European Commission on Feb. 26, 2025, which contains a set of simplification measures, including postponing the implementation dates of sustainability reporting regulations.
