For our offices in Milan and Padua , we are looking for an Associate Consultant on SAP projects. The resource will be placed in an environment of continuous growth and training and will be allocated to major international projects. He or she will have responsibilities from the start, always working alongside a senior reference.
Main activities:
- Define business requirements to adjust operational processes
- Develop functional specifications and related documentation
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement IT solutions
- Participate in the testing phase of the solution
- Provide technical support to end users
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM/economic subjects (Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interest in IT consulting
- Willingness to work in a team
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1)
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN PRACTICE:
- You will gather requirements through assessments and in-depth interviews with Client references involved in the process;
- You will design the best solution for the Client by preferring the SAP standard and Best Practices, and opting for custom solutions where you see fit;
- You will write the functional and technical process analysis by defining its functionality, objectives, and timing;
- You will perform system configuration by supporting the Client for the testing and go-live phase;
- You will support and/or train users by defining the goals, time and manner of training.
