Digital PMO

We are looking for a Digital PMO with at least 3 years of experience in the role to join our team in Turin:

Main activities:

  • Plan and manage digital projects; define project goals, requirements, and delivery timeframes, creating a detailed plan to achieve them, and monitor project progress.
  • Govern the system integrator, documenting business requirements and translating them into IT functional requirements for application development following IT guidelines and templates.
  • Coordinate the development team, work closely with the development team to ensure that everyone is aligned and that activities are coordinated effectively.
  • Communicate with clients; be the point of contact between the development team and clients, effectively communicating project goals and progress.
  • Manage the proper planning and execution of UAT and E2E testing with technical teams and customers up to live design.

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of experience in the field or related area (B2C digital projects, websites or mobile apps)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, Agile certification a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, collaborating with development leads, internal colleagues, and management.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Work independently (with some supervision) and prioritize multiple competing assignments appropriately to meet deadlines while adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Willingness to work in a team
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
