Not through theoretical slides or abstract visions, but through concrete use cases, live demos, and measurable results in companies that face real challenges every day: sales to be optimized, customer service to be made more efficient, supply chains more agile, financial processes to be accelerated.
This is the tale of our 2025 and the road we are charting for 2026 .
When AI moves out of labs and into companies
At the beginning of the year, we asked a crucial question: how do we turn enthusiasm for artificial intelligence into operational awareness? How do we help companies understand not only what AI can do, but more importantly how to implement it without risk, with solid governance and tangible results?
The answer was theAI for Business Roadmap, three stages, three cities, one goal: to bring to the stage not futuristic visions, but technologies already available-SAP Joule and Salesforce Agentforce-applied to real business processes.
We went through Italy with a clear message: artificial intelligence must serve people and processes, not replace them.
Rome, Padua, Milan: three stages, a shared discovery
Rome | March 24 – The First Step
At the Artists Academy in Rome, in collaboration with Salesforce, we inaugurated the roadmap with Agentforce at Work. The focus? Agent AI applied toCRM managementand Marketing Automation. We showed how intelligent virtual agents manage customer service H24/7, how operations become automated by reducing errors, how marketing becomes data-driven through predictive analytics.
Padua | June 5 – The practical demonstration
At EXFORO in Padua we raised the bar: live demos of SAP Joule and Salesforce Agentforce, with face-to-face discussions between our experts and participants.
Real conversational interfaces that interpret natural language and use cases on sales, purchasing, marketing and customer service that demonstrated how AI frees up time from repetitive tasks, allowing teams to focus on high-value tasks.
The evening concluded with a tasting of Veneto’s excellent wines: because innovation is also built through authentic relationships and informal moments of discussion.

Milan | November 6 – The Turning Point

On the VOYA Rooftop in Milan, with panoramic views of the city, we closed the roadmap with the most significant event, “From Hype to Operational Reality.”
The moment that captured the room’s attention? A live demo of a Salesforce conversational agent integrated with WhatsApp that qualifies a complex lead from first contact to conversion, all autonomously, in real time and through natural conversation.
Alongside, SAP Joule that transforms unstructured data into immediate operational decisions, guiding users with real-time insights into sales, procurement, supply chain and finance.
Benny Bot, a use case in robotics, then demonstrated how Agentforce solves concrete challenges, such as:
-
- Multichannel sales management
-
- Specialized technical assistance
-
- Complete automation of the lead qualification process
The questions that matter
But what struck us most were the questions from the participants:
-
- “How do we ensure the security of corporate data?”
-
- “How long does it take to see concrete results?”
-
- “How do we train the team to use these tools?”
-
- “Will AI replace existing roles or enhance them?”
Our answer was unequivocal: AI success depends on solid governance, effective change management, and a technology partner who knows both the technology and the business. It is not enough to implement a tool. It needs to build a strategy. It needs to put people at the center.
Beyond the events: SAP NOW AI Tour and the Safilo case

In parallel with our roadmap, we participated as a sponsor in the SAP NOW AI Tour Milan, with sold-out parterre.
We presented an innovative demo on cash management applied to the Safilo case, demonstrating how AI optimizes cash management in real time: predictive cash flow forecasting, reconciliation automation, immediate insights for strategic financial decisions.
A concrete example of how artificial intelligence transforms critical financial processes, reducing time and error margins in an area where accuracy and speed make all the difference.
Looking back, our 2025 numbers speak for themselves:
-
- 120+ professionalsinvolved
-
- 3 stages:Rome, Padua, Milan
-
- 10,000+ viewson social
-
- 2 technologies:SAP Joule, Salesforce Agentforce
-
- 6 concrete use cases
But the numbers only tell half the story. Behind these is something deeper: hundreds of conversations, dozens of authentic connections, a growing community that shares our vision.
Professionals who do not want promises, but measurable results, who understand that AI is not magic, but methodically governed technology.
The community is our heritage

More than 10,000professionals interacted with our content on LinkedIn in 2025. But behind this number are faces, stories, conversations.
This network of authentic relationships is our most valuable asset. Because innovation comes from the contamination of ideas.
What we learned in 2025

Crossing Italy with theAI for Business Roadmap has taught us three fundamental truths:
1. AI works when it serves people
It is not about replacing roles, but enhancing capabilities. AI agents handle repetitive demands, freeing people for strategic, creative, relational activities where human intelligence really makes a difference and empathy, intuition and critical thinking remain irreplaceable.
2. The technology is there, the strategy is lacking
SAP Joule and Salesforce Agentforce are already mature, performing, and ready to use. The bottleneck is not technological: it is organizational. It needs governance, change management, internal expertise. You need to know where, how and why to implement AI.
The right question is not “can we use AI?” but “where does AI generate measurable value in our specific processes?”
3. The future is built together
No company can face AI transformation in isolation. It needs a space where we can share experiences, mistakes, successes, where we can learn from each other.
2026: From enthusiasm to awareness
“Our goal is to take AI from theoretical vision to concrete operations.”
Claudio Abbiati, Executive Director Sales & Marketing Aeonvis
If 2025 was the year of discovery, 2026 will be the year of awareness.
We do not promise that companies will reach full AI maturity in 2026. That would be unrealistic. But what we will see is something more concrete and fundamental: organizations figuring out where, how, and why to implement AI in their processes.
The critical shift will not be from experimentation to perfection, but from enthusiasm to structured strategy.
What we will work on
In the new year, we will deepen four strategic areas:
Platform integration

Transforming disparate systems into a single intelligent flow. Kinaxis for planning, SAP S/4HANA for execution, Salesforce for CRM and market insights. Because AI expresses its surplus value when it can connect the entire value chain: from demand forecasting to operational execution, from customer management to financial optimization. In a continuous, governed, scalable flow.
Advanced voice interaction

Assistants that understand not just words, but the context and intention behind requests. Voice artificial intelligence is evolving rapidly, and will be one of the biggest areas of innovation in 2026. No longer rigid commands, but natural conversations that interpret implicit needs and provide contextualized responses.
Vertical industry solutions
Each industry has specific challenges. We will work on dedicated applications for Healthcare & Life Sciences, Automotive, Manufacturing and other strategic areas, with vertical demos and replicable use cases. Not generic AI, but solutions calibrated to industry-specific problems.
AI Governance
Before scaling AI, you need to build the foundation: data quality, privacy protection, clear rules, audit processes. Effective AI is first and foremost a governed AI. Compliance, ethics, transparency, accountability. These are not obstacles, they are prerequisites for success.
Our method
We do not promise immediate revolutions but a progressive path:
-
- Identifying high-impact projects: where AI generates measurable value early on
-
- Developing real skills: training business teams, not just implementing technology
-
- Turning pilot successes into scalable strategies: from experiment to structured process
-
- Managing change methodically: why technology only works if people adopt it
You don’t need to be mature to start. You need to start the right way.
What 2026 holds for us
Our appointments, starting in the first quarter of 2026, will be even more focused:
-
- Industry-specific use cases, not generic demos
-
- Analysis of common mistakes and how to avoid them (because we also learn from failures)
-
- Insights into governance and change management (the non-technological aspects that make a difference)
-
- Dialogue with those who are already implementing AI in everyday processes (real experiences, not theory)
We will bring to the stage not only technology, but replicable strategies and lessons learned in the field.
Our commitment to the new year
Strategic partnerships
We will continue to collaborate with SAP, Salesforce and Kinaxis to bring the most advanced solutions with a pragmatic approach but also to influence the development of technology roadmaps based on the real needs of our customers.
Innovation Lab
We will launch dedicated labs where we can explore and prototype the latest technological innovations. Spaces where we test, experiment and validate before scaling up. Where mistakes are part of the learning process. A safe environment where we try, fail, learn, improve.
Building community
We will create permanent discussion spaces: periodic webinars, roundtables, dedicated workshops. Because the best solutions are born when professionals with different experiences come together and share
The future is built. Together.
The year 2025 has shown us one fundamental thing: artificial intelligence is already here. It is no longer a promise, it is an operational reality that is transforming sales, customer service, procurement, supply chain, finance.
2026 will show us how to build the foundation to make it scalable, governed, strategic. How to move from pilot successes to enterprise implementations. How to turn enthusiasm into structured strategy.
But one thing is certain: this journey is not made alone.
It needs a community of professionals who share experiences. It needs a technology partner who knows both technology and business and an approach that puts people at the center, always.
